DESGUACES LA TORRE
Company dedicated to the scrapping of vehicles and the sale of second hand parts.
Three buildings have been designed for this client, with dimensions 35 x 180 m., 70 x 181 m., and 70 x 326 m., making a total of 42,000 m2., all located in the town of Torrejón de la Calzada (Madrid), and built during the years 2003, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
Made using a metal structure of TEKTON-type, variable-section gantries, assembled with high-resistance bolts and with a separation between supports of 9.50 m., 15 m. of upper apron height and a gradient of 10%.
The main characteristic of these structures was constructing portals with an unsupported span of 70 m., creating an absolutely open industrial unit of 35,000 m2.
