Beer brewery.
Industrial unit of 5,200 m2, built in the year 2007, located in San Sebastian de los Reyes (Madrid), made using a metal structure of TEKTON-type, direct-section gantries, assembled with high-resistance bolts and with a separation between supports of 10.00 mts., with a width of 35 m. and a gradient of 5%.
The main characteristic of this structure was that it was necessary assemble the structure and enclosure in the loading area without the company stopping its production process.
The roof was made using enclosure panels with interior insuolation of pre-lacquered polyurethan foam.
In turn, the facades were made using self-supporting sheet metal with an external covering of pre-lacquered steel.
