GRUPO UNIDE, S. Coop
Company dedicated to marketing foodstuffs.
For this client, buildings were built in Salamanca, Monforte del Cid (Alicante), Cáceres, Lanzarote, Tenerife and Burgos, during the years 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, making an approximate total of 22.00, m2.
The construction solution for all these buildings used a metal structure of TEKTON-type, straight-section gantries, assembled with high-resistance bolts and with a different building geometry for each construction.
The main characteristic of these buildings was the client’s requirement that the roofs were as flat as possible, reaching gradient of 2% in the work in Salamanca, while remaining absolutely waterproof.
The roofs were made using enclosure panels with interior insulation of pre-lacquered polyurethane foam, and the facades with flat architectural panels of pre-lacquered sheet metal on the exterior, interior core of polyurethane foam and pre-lacquered galvanised sheet metal on the interior.
