Company that galvanises metal structures.
Built in the year 2009, the building, located in Casatejada (Cáceres), was made up of 2 industrial units with dimensions 25 x 100 m., and an unusually-shaped office building, making a total of 5,000 m2.
It was made using a metal structure of TEKTON-type straight-section gantries, assembled with high-resistance bolts and with a separation between supports of 8.50 m., and a gradient of 10%.
The main characteristic of this building was that it was necessary to construct an auxiliary structure able to support a 75-ton melting pot in its interior.
The office building was made with the structure visible, from the exterior of the facades, and used galvanised profiles.
This building’s roof was made with a special panel, consisting of an external metal sheet, insulation of polyurethane foam, and the interior profile used a special plastic to prevent corrosion from the vapours the galvanisation.
The facades were made with flat concrete panels.
